When building a team it is important to have the structure in place to give the support the agents need to flourish. Meet Whissel Realty Group Sales Manager Moses Cardoso. Moses is on the Whissel team to ensure the agents have the support they need, someone to answer their questions, equip them with the tools they need, and keep them accountable to their goals.

What Does a Sales Manager Do?

Hi, I'm Moses Cardoso. I'm the sales manager for Whissel Realty Group. I'm here to help new agents get up and running and get productive as soon as possible. We work side by side with agents. We go through all of the tasks and items that they'd be doing, that they'll be doing as, an agent here with us full time, and show them the tips and tricks and experiences that we have had done for several years.

Coming into Whissel Realty is a little bit like drinking from a fire hose. So, we've got a lot of information that we give to our agents, a lot of resources and tools, and taking that all in at once can be a little bit of a challenge. So, having somebody to guide you through it, show you the ropes and give you the shortcuts and, you know, most efficient ways to do things is super helpful. So for all of our new agents and our, you know, existing team, I'm always available by phone. I'm in the office, you know, every day to answer questions.

My job is to be able to support you, you know, when you need, how you need, and, you know, with any questions that you have. So, as a new agent or even a seasoned agent, when you're looking for new brokerage, there are so many options, Whissel Realty is definitely something that you want to check out.
