I want to share with you today three key reasons why I joined eXp as a broker. Number one, I am married to a systems engineer and he always said, "When it comes time to change brokerages, please focus on one that is tech savvy or cloud-based." And by far, eXp exceeds all. In fact, they were the very first cloud-based brokerage. So being able to have something that is not bricks and mortar. So for those of you who went through business closures during the pandemic, like I did, then you understand the value in that, right? Being able to continue to do your business and serve others without having to have an office building. So that's important. Number two is the access to agents, lenders, escrow companies, even lawyers across the United States that help us serve our clients. Not everyone here lives here primarily. Sometimes they vacation here or vacation in another state and you don't have to go to another agent. We will do that for you. So that's really important to know. And number three, what I absolutely love is the value that they place on us, the agents, right? So agents, we know, realtors like you and I, we are the ones that sell, buy and sell real estate and move the economy along. A couple years ago, we saw ibuyers coming out and that just didn't work at all.
