Why now? Prices are rising. While the prices of homes in San Diego started to dip towards the end of 2022 we're starting to see them rise back to the prices of where they were 12 months ago and they're turning upwards.

Historically, San Diego has always had a low inventory of homes whether interest rates are high or low. Even with interest rates this high, we're still seeing lots of offers come in on our houses.
