Hey everyone, this is Fernando Garay. I am excited of what's going on in the market. I want to talk about four things, so four reasons why you should consider purchasing a home.

And reason number one, the reason is that you will own your own mortgage. In other words, if you're paying rent right now, you're actually paying somebody else's mortgage. Why not switch the whole game around? Let it be your turn. This is why that's the number one. Purchase your own home, purchase your own mortgage.
