I’m Noumaan Faiz, a San Diego real estate agent dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence and ease. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and in 2024, I made the move to Southern California after graduating from Cal State East Bay with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.

My journey into real estate started with a personal experience—working with my own listing agent in the Bay Area. The way they prioritized my needs, guided me with care, and made the process feel seamless inspired me to do the same for others. I realized that real estate was a career where I could combine my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork mindset to make a real impact.

For me, the best part of working with clients is knowing I’m playing a key role in helping them achieve a major life milestone. Outside of real estate, I’m a trained actor who has performed in numerous theatre productions throughout high school and college. My theme song? Tore Up by Don Toliver—a reminder to bring energy, passion, and personality into everything I do.
