Buyers often decide whether to schedule a showing based on photos alone. A clean, well-prepped home will not only show better but can help your home sell faster and for a higher price.

🏠 Exterior – Curb Appeal Counts

  • Mow the lawn and trim all trees, bushes, and plants

  • Sweep walkways, porches, and patios

  • Move garbage/recycle bins out of sight

  • Park vehicles away from the driveway

  • Remove hoses, garden tools, and toys


🛋️ Interior – Clean, Bright, and Clutter-Free

  • Declutter countertops, shelves, and surfaces in every room

  • Open blinds/curtains and turn on all lights

  • Replace burnt-out lightbulbs

  • Remove visible cords or charging cables

  • Remove trash cans

  • Make all beds with neatly arranged pillows

  • Clear bedside tables and dressers

  • Tuck away clothes, shoes, laundry baskets

  • Hide or neatly organize cords and chargers

  • Organize playrooms and remove excess toys

  • Tidy up home offices (clear desks, hide cables)
