This week on East County Eats, we are traveling quite far- Two doors down to our neighbors at The Omelette Factory! I am sure at this point you've guessed what we are highlighting....Crêpes!Just kidding- we are featuring everything from a delicious crêpe to a yummy Texan Omelette, check it out!
If you live in East County, chances are you have eaten at The Omelette Factory. This restaurant owned by the Giforos family has been a staple for 21 year now, and the new and improved Santee location is where it's at! We at Whissel Realty love having them as our office neighbors-there is just nothing like stuffing your face at lunch time with a delicious omelette, pancakes, or really anything on their menu.
*Tip: If you're an Omelette Factory veteran, and think they don't make your all-time favorite breakfast anymore, chances are they still do-just ask! They have a bit of a "secret menu" that includes old favorites no longer listed on the menu, and crêpes!
