Hi there, my name is Stephanie Wohlfiel and I'm with the Whissel Reality Team. And I want to give you a couple of tips on how to find off-market properties in San Diego. Hi there. And like I said, I wanted to give you some tips on getting some off-market properties right here in San Diego. Now, off-market properties are important, especially when the demand is high and the inventory is low. So let me help you find some off-market properties with these special tips. So tip number one is I'm a part of the Whissel team and we have over 100 agents just right here in this office alone. And we have over 4,000 agents just in San Diego, part of EXP.

Tip two, I have a huge network of investors out there that I deal with on a daily basis that email me off market properties that they've found, they've contracted and are now ready for an end buyer. So I have one great story I'd like to tell you where I helped out a little family in Vista. They reached out to me from my sign that they saw. I went over there and gave them a price on their house at 530, five bedroom, three bath. Unfortunately, that's as high as I could go, but I did give him the offer to do an equity split. So we went ahead and fixed up his house, put it on the MLS, got 895 for it and he walked away with over 400,000 in his pocket. So it was a great day for him and he was able to move on and start a new life.
