All agents go through the same licensing procedure but we're certainly not trained the same or get the same level of service. This is a day in the life of Tom Lux of Whissel Realty. We start off our week with a morning huddle. We do this five days a week, where our entire team gets together and we discuss all the relevant issues that are going on in the real estate market today. Then we move right into role play five days a week. Role play?

Kind of like, are you trying out for a movie? What do you mean role play? Well, think of this. You're not selling a pair of shoes, we're not selling your car. We're involved with the most important transaction of your life, your home. We take this very, very seriously. So in role play, what we do is we practice, over and over, every possible situation that can occur between a buyer and an agent, a seller and an agent, a lender, an inspection person.

We practice this so we can handle any type of situation that can occur during a transaction and by doing this, it makes the transaction go really smooth for you. Now think about it. Don't professional athletes practice every day? Crazy amounts of practice? I mean, Tony Gwynn, Padres, right? He used to end his practice by hitting balls off a batting tee. You know, a batting tee in little league, okay? Tony Gwynn, greatest hitter of all time.

John Wooden, who's perhaps the, well, he is the greatest collegiate basketball coach ever, won 10 national championships. Their first hour of practice, on the first day when all the Blue Chippers that they recruited would come in. You know what they did? They practiced tying their shoes for an hour. Think about that. Think about the level of detail. This is where we're coming from. We're so obsessed with role play and how vitally important it is.

We throw an extra hour in there during the middle of the week with the entire team in person, role playing, practicing this so we can be more efficient for you. Every Monday morning for two hours, mastermind with 800 of the top agents in our brokerage. Yeah, we're a very big brokerage, strategizing. discussing the latest cutting edge marketing materials, techniques. Why? So we can serve you better. Twice a week we meet with our marketing team to go over all the systems we have on marketing, how to improve it, because it is very complex and we just can't let it slide by.

So we have accountability and we meet every week, twice a week for that. So if you're a buyer and you're interested in more than just having property sent to you or a seller and you want more than just a sign put in your yard. Reach out to me 'cause I'm here to help.
