If you had any thoughts of selling your home, and you probably ask yourself, there's got to be a better way than just taking photos, putting a sign in the yard, and a lot of wishing and praying. Well, listen, I've got some exciting stuff to share with you today. Hi, I'm Eric with Whissel Realty. Selling a home can be a pretty difficult task, especially if your real estate agent doesn't have a clear, well thought out process in place. What got our clients a ton of success here at our company is our very own trademarked, 7-Day Listing Launch System.

This system allowed us to be number one real estate team in San Diego for seven consecutive years, and it is the process I will be using to launch and market your property, and ultimately get you the highest possible price with the perfect terms that work for you. Here is how it works. On day number one, our own media team will come out and capture stunning photos of your property, so when buyers are scrolling up and down through the internet, your property is seen at the best light possible. Our goal here is to create a very best impression.

As the saying goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Day number two, we will create a 3D walkthrough and a floor plan, much like what you would see on a brand new home, and very unlikely, you will see that on a resale home. Our goal here is to create an experience for buyers to engage and visualize themselves as the new potential owners in your property. Day number three, our direct mails go out to all your neighbors.

Day number four, we run our Coming Soon campaign. Just in our brokerage, we have over 85,000 agents worldwide, and a lot of times, buyers will pay sellers a premium price, and give them the exact terms they want, just to avoid going into the public market. On day number five, our signage will be up at your property. Now, our signs are very, very unique. They have vibrant colors, they pop out, and they can be seen in the day and the nighttime because they're light reflective.

They also have QR codes buyers can scan and get information on, and they have a phone number that will ring my entire team in the office that just handles these live calls. On day number six, if your home hasn't already sold by now, this is the time to go live on the market. This day won't be picked up on a random or a gut feeling. This will be based on strictly data. So it turns out the two busiest search days of the week are Thursdays and Fridays, and peak hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so two takeaways here. One, we're all shopping for homes while at work, and two, now, we know exactly when to go live on the market so your property shows up on the very top of the list on those popular websites, like Zillow, and Trulia, and et cetera, as the newest listing.

Day number seven, right after we identified the exact buyer profile for your property, we will run our targeted social media ad campaign. Our goal here is to market your property to the right audience at the right time. So as you see, a lot happens in just seven days.
