Hi, it's Stacey Miller with Whissel Realty Group. And I'm here to present our seven-day listing launch. This is a unique presentation that's put together and actually trademarked by the Whissel Group.

Normally, an agent will put your home on the market, press Enter into the MLS, and then they will put a sign up and then basically pray that somebody comes by. At the Whissel Realty Group and when you list with me, we have a totally different, proactive idea on how to market your home. You know, have you ever been to the movies and watched a trailer and you really can't wait until you can see that movie? That's what we are working to do with our professional media team that is with us in our office. So they will come out and do professional photographs, usually 25 photos, and they will use high-resolution video that also has ability for you to see the floor plan of the home. We even have drone shots so that the people can see the entire neighborhood. What we're trying to do is to create a buzz in the neighborhood to get all of the people that are in the neighborhood to come over, bring their friends, bring their families, and it helps you because you don't have to move in and out of your house every time it's being shown.

We also have a direct mailer that our professional marketing team will put together and we will send out, through the neighborhood, a direct mailing piece, also inviting people over to the neighborhood open house. Every single thing is planned and put together on a special day because that particular day will bring more people into your home. What we're creating is a Coming Soon that we will put on the MLS. I will have our stager and our professional interior designer come over, look at your home, and maybe make some slight changes in order to make your home really sparkle. And then we put a sign in your yard. Now, this is not just a normal sign. This is a sign with a phone number with somebody that actually answers live. We also have a little QR code that shows up so you can put that into your phone and get information if you decide you don't want to talk to somebody live.

Then, on Saturday, I and my team will go and door-knock and actually hand-deliver a personal invitation to the neighbors, asking them to come over to the open house. Depending on the house, we may have a food truck, we may have a party, but we will definitely have some food and drinks for people. We have three promises and three guarantees about this process. And I kind of want to save that for our personal conversation together.
