Are you looking for the perfect place to live? Look no further than San Diego! Local real estate agent Tom Lux takes you on a journey through all the amazing things that make San Diego the ultimate destination for living, working, and playing.

Is San Diego not the greatest place to live? I mean, where else can you go up to Julian, be in the snow enjoy some Mom's apple pie, and on the very same day, be surfing at La Jolla Shores, or catch a trolley go down to Mexico, enjoy some street tacos, grab the trolley at night, be back at Petco Park, which by the way, is probably Major League Baseball's finest Park. I mean, who does that? Speaking of, Petco Park and sports, are the Padres not the hottest team in baseball right now? Very exciting.

If you want excitement you can also go to the Viejas Arena. I recommend the student section. Watch our Aztecs play in, they're always in the top 25 in the NCAA. Or you could jump on over to Snapdragon Stadium and watch the Aztec football team. You know, every year they're going to be in a bowl game. How about our theater? We have the Civic theater. Or I personally love the intimacy of either the La Jolla Playhouse or the Old Globe nestled in Balboa Park. Either way, you're going to see a show that's either on its way to Broadway or coming back from Broadway. You can't lose there. San Diego offers the greatest dining. I mean, whatever you want, you got.

I personally love Mexican food. Anything from the variety of the Alberto Taco shops to Old Town Mexican Cafe. Or if you want something intimacy try Cocina de Barrio in Hillcrest. You'll love it. Looking for a little of excitement. You know, we have a haunted mansion, the Whaley House in Old Town. Of course, you could always check into the two rooms at the Hotel Del Coronado if you dare. Not quite your thing? How about hang gliding off the cliffs over the ocean, while watching the PGA below you at Torrey Pines or maybe even the US Open. So much to do here in San Diego. You know, one thing I really love is you don't have to go to Vegas to enjoy resort style gaming. We got the Viejas, Barona, Sequan Pala all offer world-class amenities. You can't go wrong with any of those. Another thing that that San Diego offers is the breweries.

We got breweries everywhere. My personal favorite is Stone Brewery up in Escondido. I tell you, during the springtime and summer you can't go wrong with their outdoor garden out there. It's just fabulous. So here, here's the thing. I grew up in San Diego. I know this city. In fact, when I was training for the Olympic trials running a hundred miles a week, I probably ran on every street in this city. I know it very well. In fact, I still enjoy doing police Ridealongs with my good friend, Lieutenant Craig Miller. So I know the places maybe you don't quite want to go, but no matter what, when it comes to finding that perfect home at that perfect price, I got it. I got you here.
