When you decide to sell your home, you only have one chance to make a first impression, so making a lasting one counts. Hi, I'm Emma Dearing and today I'm going to walk you through what we do here at Whissel Realty to make your property stand out.

To do this, we use our seven day listen launch. On day one, we're going to have our in-house media team come in and create professional photos of your entire property. When people are scrolling through homes, they're not just looking at the facts, they're looking at the pictures of your home. So the pictures really, really matter, and we make sure to capture your home in its best light. On day two, we're going to create a floor plan and a 3D walkthrough of your home.

A 3D walkthrough not only cuts down on foot traffic from people who just want to see the inside of your house, but it also is extremely powerful to help potential buyers envision themselves walking through what could soon be their home. Day three, we're going to run a direct mailing campaign to all of your neighbors. Neighborhoods typically consist of renters who want to make it their permanent neighborhood, or people who own and want their best friends and family to move in nearby.

So pushing these direct mailing campaigns out to your neighbors alerts them all that your home is about to be available. On day four, we're going to run a coming soon campaign. This pushes your listing out to thousands of agents to let them know that your property is about to hit the market. Additionally, we have technology that looks for and matches you with potential buyers before your property even goes on market. On day five, we're going to install signage on your property.

Yes, there is a reason we went with the bright orange colors, it's because like a traffic cone, you cannot miss it. And uniquely, we have a QR code on that sign that people passing by can scan, get all the information for your property and even schedule a tour. Day six, we're going to launch your property live on the MLS. We're very strategic about what day we launch your property. Data shows that people are most likely searching for homes on Thursdays and Fridays, so we launch your property on a Wednesday or Thursday to make sure that it's at the top of the feed when everyone is looking for houses.
