Have you been thinking about selling your home, and want to know how to get the most money possible for it? Well, stay tuned. What's up everyone? My name is Jack Cline and I'm a local realtor here in San Diego, California. And here at Whissel Realty, we've put together a seven day listing launch that's geared towards getting the most views on your property as possible, which in return puts more money in your pocket.

Let's get started. Day one, our in-house media team's going to come out and do a high quality photo shoot. This is not an area to cut corners on. That's why we're going to be using the best equipment, and making sure we're taking these photos in the best lighting possible, so we get the quality photos. As the saying goes, "You get one chance to make a first impression," and we want that first impression to be a lasting one.

Day two, we're going to put together a floor plan and create a 3D tour of your home. Believe it or not, very rarely do you ever see a floor plan with a resale property, and this isn't actually very beneficial to buyers. And with all the uncertainty in the world today, we want everyone to have an opportunity to view your property, whether it's in person or at home.

Day three, 100 direct mailers are going to be sent out to all your closest neighbors, 'cause we found one of two things. Either your neighbors currently rent and would love the opportunity to own in the same neighborhood, or they own, they love the neighborhood, and they would recommend it to all their friends and family.

Day four, we launch our "Coming Soon" campaign. This is when we send your property out to every broker within our brokerage, allowing thousands of agents all around the world to view your property, and to match potential clients that are looking for homes just like yours.

Day five, we're going to install signage that can't be missed, so anyone driving by your property will know it's for sale. A great feature about these signs is our QR code. This allows buyers to scan it for more information, schedule a showing, or they can contact one of our live team members for more information. We always like to have someone available to answer the phone because we feel a missed call is a missed opportunity, and we don't want to miss any opportunities when it comes to selling your home.

Day six, we go live onto the MLS. This is where your property gets syndicated out to all the largest platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com Redfin, and plenty more. Now, we don't decide to go live on just any day. We've found that most buyers are looking for homes on a Thursday or Friday. Therefore, we go live on a Wednesday or Thursday morning to ensure we're getting the most eyes on your property. This is where it's super essential to have those photos that stand out, so potential buyers aren't just scrolling through, they're actually clicking on the property for more information.

Day seven, we're going to finish with our social media campaign. This is where we use target marketing to advertise towards buyers that will be most interested in your home, instead of wasting valuable dollars advertising towards the wrong market. And there you have it, our seven day listing launch that creates a bunch of hype, gets more eyes on your property, and in return, puts more money in your pocket.
