How can you differentiate yourself from the other buyers that are offered on that property? Well, the best strategy is to offer all cash. Now, I know what you're thinking. I can't afford to offer all cash, otherwise I would. That's why I'm getting a home loan, right? Totally understandable.

That's why I've actually partnered with a company that will, when you pick out a home, they will buy that home from the seller on your behalf, all cash, and then they will sell it to you. And when they sell it to you, they will sell it to you for the same amount they bought it for, and on your loan terms. So this effectively changes your financed offer to a cash offer from the seller's perspective.
