Wachovia Launches "Short Sales Made Easy" in San Diego
When most people think about short sales in San Diego, they think about the tedious process that a homeowner and real estate agent must go through to successfully complete the sale. This process often takes 2-4 months and will ensure that you sprout a few new gray hairs along the way.
Wachovia recently launched it’s new “Short Sales Made Easy” program in San Diego. This program was designed to speed up the process and make it less stressful for the homeowner. They anticipate being able to make decisions on short sales in San Diego in as little as 1-2 weeks. Rather than having to compile and fax countless financials documents to the bank, a Wachovia Short Sale Manager will do a face-to-face interview with the homeowner and real estate agent to review the homeowners financial situation and the terms of the sale.
